Indraja, gerą straipsniuką radai Gerai, kad pas mus kol kas dar nepraktikuoja psichologinių testų, priimdami į kokias nors pareigas. Didelė rizika, kad nepraeičiau...

Toma, o tai negi tu tuose darbiniuose testuose teisybę rašytum? Esmė yra pabraukti/apvesti visus klausimukus, kurie rodytų tave esančią ekstravertę, mokančią ir mėgstančią dirbti kolektyve ir pageidautina amžinai geros nuotaikos, bo čia yr kol kas vienintelis .lt kompanijų priimamas atsakymas. Nerealiai lamernas požiūris, IMO, ir todėl taip jiems ir reikia, kai priimtasis į darbą pasirodo visai priešingas testo rezultatui.
